Explore a New Frontier in 2025
The New Year is a time for discovery – be it personal discovery tied to your resolutions, or simply opening yourself up to new experiences in a new year. If you’re making it a mission to discover new frontiers in 2025, Nissan has the perfect truck to accompany you on your journey.Â
The 2025 Nissan Frontier is one of the most versatile mid-size pickups on the market. Whereas most trucks are set on a fixed configuration, the updated Frontier has five trim levels that offer a variety of unique configurations. That makes it the ideal companion for your explorations and adventures.Â

‘Tiers of the KingdomÂ
In all, there are 17 possible configurations for the new Frontier, which once again comes in either a two-door King Cab or dour-door Crew Cab layout. But regardless of how you configure your truck, the Frontier is powered by the same reliable powertrain: a 310-hp naturally aspirated 3.8-liter V-6, along with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The V-6 enables the Frontier to make 310 hp and 281 lb.-ft. of torque. It also sees a notable increase in max towing from its 2024 model, jumping from 6,640 pounds to 7,150 pounds. Â
Visually, the Frontier has received a refresh for the new year that sacrifices none of its endearingly rugged styling. A new grille, front fascia, and bumper design adorn the exterior, and the truck has been sun-kissed by an available Afterburn Orange paint color. Â
And while this updated Frontier arrives with increased versatility, it retains one of its most alluring selling points: its affordable price tag. While the base model starts around $34,000, even the highest trims barely scratch the $50,000 mark.Â
New Horizons from WithinÂ
You’ll notice updates aplenty once you enter the 2025 Frontier. Beside the standard eight-inch touchscreen, the optional touchscreens have been enlarged, complementing the revised dashboard trim. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both available, and every trim comes standard with a telescopic steering wheel.Â
The Frontier’s suite of standard safety features and driver assist technologies has also been updated. Included in the suite, you’ll find:Â
- Lane Departure Warning.Â
- Automatic high beams.Â
- Adaptive cruise control.Â
- Blind-spot warning.Â
- Rear cross-traffic alert.Â
- Rear parking sensors.Â
Adding in its ample cargo and storage space, the 2025 Nissan Frontier offers simply one of the most complete packages you’ll find in any truck – mid-size or otherwise.Â
